Backpacking is all about traveling on a cheap budget, meeting people and exploring the world, usually staying in a Backpacker Hostel, Youth Hostel or other shared accommodation.
Many backpackers will move with seasonal employment such as fruit picking and many backpackers hostels will help organise local employment for travelers. Several backpacker magazine exist to help the backpacker find hostels and work.
